We will build your custom part using our top of the line equipment. All we need is a drawing or sketch. We have expert craftsmen on hand to build and assemble your final parts. We can bend, weld, punch and roll sheet metal of various thicknesses and finishes to your specifications. Whether you need stainless steel flashing for a waterproofing application or a steel machine guard to protect operators, we will produce what you need quickly and accurately.
We have the capability to clad your parts with our inventory of stainless steel and brass. We also frequently send our customers formed cladding material for them to apply to their base material themselves. All we need is a drawing or sketch of your base material, and we will form your cladding so it fits snugly.
We stock stainless steel and brass in #4 satin and #8 mirror finishes, and we also stock aluminum in clear anodized and painted finishes. Our cladding will fit your specific application - covering a door rail, wrapping a column, or trimming out your kitchen.
Tell us about your application, and we will dress it up with polished metals!
Whether it is for residential or commercial use, we can build your design for any application. We have worked with organic designs as well as standard shaped designs and always deliver quality products to our customers for the right price. If you find a pattern that you like somewhere else, we can take it and assemble it into your desired finished product. For large orders, we can make custom tooling for more efficient fabrication. All we need is a drawing, preferably DWG or other CAD formats as well as PDF or JPEG files, scanned and faxed drawings. We can provide your custom decorative items fabricated to your design and taste.
We frequently make prototype parts as the first of a larger run or as a single part for testing and evaluation. We can manufacture your prototype from your detailed design, your initial concept or we can help you design the prototype part. Tell us what you need and we will help fill in the blanks to get a prototype in your hands.
